A.B. Balantekin, University of Wisconsin-Madison, USA Consequences of matter-enhanced neutrino flavor
transformations in a randomly fluctuating, delta-correlated matter density are examined. Such fluctuations produce a distribution of neutrino survival probabilities. The implications for supernova dynamics, r-process nucleosynthesis and the Early Universe will be explored.
